Conduct relevant Council Rate search, print locality map and map of site, and notify all adjoining land owners by registered mail. 3. In regards to the sketch required for a SPA Notice, from our experience a B&W Hi-Res horizontal format image gives optimum results for the insertion on the Public Notice. 4.
